Hi to all,

I've integrate HotFix in windows Vista (following this guide: http://firegeier.unattended-sponsor.de/en/updates.html) WITHOUT PROBLEM!

Now I'm trying to integrate also EXTRAS... And that's the problem....

As you can see in the following picture in WSIM there is all update also With Extras:

After creating ISO I installed Vista Ultimate and the result was that all HotFix was installed Correctly, but NOT EXTRAS!!!

There's also a strange behavior because I can find and start Hold'em poker game on Start Menu, but Windows Update show me as extra download!!!!

WHY????

Do you have checked the logfile of pkgmgr already? What does it tell you? Do you install the updates and extras at the same time?

reading integrate_updates.log.txt show me NO errors during extras integration (or I hope so... )

Anyway... this is log file:

I'll need some time to check this log - it's not the shortest one.

I would try to start with a "clean" install.wim and to integrate extras only, without the updates. So you could find out if it's never integrating extras properly for you or only if you're doing it in one step with the updates together.
