User Permissions Problem

Featured Replies

I have a user permissions issue. I'm not certain how it begun or how to resolve it.

I have the following root folder and subfolders:

Root Folder (Full control)

-SubFolder1 (I have full control here)

-SubFolder2 (None)

-SubFolder3 (None)

-SubFolder4 (I have full control here)

Here are what my security settings look like:

Screenie 1

Screenie 2

Screenie 3

Screenie 4

Screenie 5

Anything in the 4th screenie in particular that can be removed?

The same security boxes under either subfolder #2, #3 are totally greyed out.

Any ideas? What do you think Cluberti? ;)

Thanks guys.

If I were in this situation, I would remove all the permissions that could be removed and then take ownership of the root folder and possibly the other folders as well (if needed).

I played around with it for another 5 minutes and fixed it, and the lists are a lot cleaner now. Go figure. Thanks anyway. Cheers.
