Internet monitoring

Hi all I have a friend who has a small business with 2 Pc's both Xp and 1 mac, I need a way to monitor all internet traffic on these 3 machines, Is there any osftware out there that I can install on 1 of the XP machines that can monitor all traffic?

They just use a normal DSL router as their gateway
