When i build vista lite from DVD. I choose it can setup only 256MB RAM. Until boot from CD, can't setup, Setup.exe - application error "The exception unknown software exception (0xe0000100) occurred in the application at location 0x7627b09e"

Do you have less than 256ram ? Count if your onboard vga is sharing it.

I use VGA onboard, cause it error. Can I fix it other? I have only 256MB RAM, not AGP. When i update Vista on XP SP2, error can't find CD:\SOURES\install.swm? I had find install.swm but haven't on CD? Thank.

That's error in Vista setup because you don't have 256 and more ram free. You can't use it. Why would you even want to with so little ram, it would be hell.

That other error don't know.

install.swm? Never know Vista setup has such file, the only one I remember is install.wim...

Yeah, you only got the install.smw, if you are using an Multi-CD version I think. If you slip it into a single DVD with vLite, it creates the install.wim out of the install.swm, install2.swm, install3.swm and so on.
