For DirectX, it's impossible. But, there is a solution : you have to use DirectX8 launcher (dxsetup.exe), and a command line like that : %systemdrive%\winapps\directx\dxsetup.exe /install /silent.

It works !

For other programs, i don't know cause i don't install them on an unattended CD/DVD.

thnks coldfusion for ur reply i will search and if not found will tell u and thnks alot Gruik for ur help and effort i will try do it thnks again man

:wacko: I didn't trie that one yet. so i can't tell abt switches. But if you need i will creat AutoIT script for silent installation 4 you. :whistle:

PowerISO is a nullsoft installer, so you can install it with: /S

in order to register it you must register it manually and then export your key to install it silently later, you can find the value in:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PowerISO]

"USER"=xxxxx

K-Lite Code Mega Pack is an innosetup installer, so you can install it with: /Silent or /VerySilent

DirectX8 is definitely not DirectX 9 with April updates :\ And since when did "directx.exe /Q /T:%temp%" stopped working ?

for all directx latest updates just extract the installer with winrar and run setup.exe /silent thats all.

for all directx latest updates just extract the installer with winrar and run setup.exe /silent thats all.

The switch I posted works without the need to extract DX.
