Where are the downloaded vista update-hotfixes?

What is the correct way to install the MRT patch Windows-KB890830-V1.28 unattendly or silently?

Normaly this is :

Windows-KB890830-V1.28.exe /Q

But i unpack the file (Winrar) and replace the MRT.exe with the one on the Vista DVD

So i mount the Install.wim and replace and unmount again.

I also replace the Bitdefender updates.
