kai_ Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Hi,After my umpteenth install of Photoshop CS2 (v9.0), I'm sick of having to download and install the updates for it after a fresh install (81MB!). Since it downloads the updater files to a directory, is there any way to directly slipstream these patches to the installation source (kind of like vanilla Windows XP and slipstreaming in SP2) ?Tried a search, but couldn't find anything.TIA
Jeremy Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 The easiest and least time consuming process to accomplish this would be to download and install the freeware virtualization software called Sandboxie. You can install Adobe PSCS9 into it, patch it, then explore the sandbox and backup the files and registry information that's also logged in the Sandbox. Read the FAQ and forums there for any additional information.
