apmadoc Posted March 15, 2007 Posted March 15, 2007 I have Vista 64bit loaded. Most apps are 32bit, a few are 64bit. I've noticed that the codec bundles come in 32bit and 64bit. Do I just load the 64 bit ones, 32bit onses both? Not sure if the apps require a matching bit level codecThanks in advanceTudor

Jeronimo Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 I checked it out a bit, but I do not understand why it should be so much better than ffdshow. I like that 1 because it seems to be fairly compact and have everything I need in "1" (seperate audio/video interface).
bledd Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 pretty sure without that codec pack, not much plays in 64bit media centre
ripken204 Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 (edited) thats why i use vlc. wmp11 is retarded, i try to play some avi file and it plays the video but no sound so its vlc to the rescue. Edited March 26, 2007 by ripken204
