Thunderbolt 2864
Hello all,I've encountered this error in the past but CHKDSK managed to fix this error, temporarily. When I boot into Windows I get this BSOD "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME". Just before I've scanned the disk and I'm able to boot into Windows. I'm starting to suspect that my hard drive might be damaged or something. If I keep getting this error does this mean that my hard drive is damaged or whatsoever? It reports my hard drive has bad sectors or something and causes the computer to freeze or BSOD's.Thanks for reading this, hope to see some solutions. tain
Step 1: Save/recover your data to a known-good drive.Step 2: Inspect the suspect drive with one of the many HDD analysis toolsStep 3: If bad, never use the bad drive for critical data again.
