How Do I Sync. My Laptop?

I just bought a new laptop.

How do I synchronize my laptop with my home pc?

I want to periodically update the email and other settings and documents as I use one or the other so that on the road I can have the latest emails and docs I am working on.

I have a Linksys router in my house and both are on the networks, they are also running XP Home Edition.

i would personally recommend using either file and settings transfer whenever you want to transfer, or use offline files.
