1,2 & 3 .Net Framework packs

sorry to beat around the dead bush but there still isn't a single point of info on what really works. Stuff works for some ppl, and the same may not work for others.

Now, I have the RogueSpear's .net 3.5, but it only seems to install .net 2 and not 3 or 3.5

some ppl say this same one works perfectly etc.

In any case, maybe I didn't add it correctly? I added it to the addons page, and it shows fine, I just don't see any other area I could add it.
