waster656 Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 I am a newbie to WPI and it looks great. However; I have a couple of questions:1. What command line syntax is supported and how can I start WPI in unattended mode?2. Once I have removed the "Options", "config", etc items from the left side how do I re-instate them?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Waster656
zorphnog Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 Welcome to WPI.1. The supported commands are referenced in the FAQ section of the manual. Supported commands include: options= (load an options file), config= (load a config file), check= (check applications in a configuration), timer= (set timer in seconds i.e. 1 or 0 for unattended mode).2. To re-instate the links, you will need to edit your useroptions.js file located in the WPIScripts directory. In the file, edit the variable 'ShowExtraButtons' to equal 'true'.Good luck.
waster656 Posted March 6, 2007 Author Posted March 6, 2007 Thanks zorphnog for your help so far. What is the "Unattended" mode and do you know where is it documented please? Thanks Waster656
zorphnog Posted March 6, 2007 Posted March 6, 2007 There is not an "Unattended" mode per se, but if you want to be able to start an installation without any user interaction you can use timer=0.
