ntouch Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 ..i wonder how fast and smooth can a winxp feel ... after you use nlite os ? ..like if the new winxp installation is less 80mb after using nlite..i cant wait to see my own ... ..
MindTooth Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 Check out TinyXP. That is a version used with nLite and stripped to the bone.
prx984 Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 That version is also illegal, DO NOT post about it here on MSFN.@ntouch, try getting Virtual PC or VMware or Virtual Box and give it a shot in that instead of burning a new disc and trying it on your pc. I find that the best way to test a new disc.
nuhi Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 prx984, only problem with his question and virtual machines is that you cannot see how smooth it is because virtual is slow. But in essence I know what you ment and it is recommended to first fire up virtually.
