acpi.sys, acpi.inf and drivers integration for mainboard

Is acpi.sys and acpi.inf part of the drivers, which I should integrate, when I integrate drivers for the mainboard?

All other drivers for my mainboard have their inf file called machine.inf. So it's a bit baffing for me.
