Estonian Language interface pack installation

I used search and found a similar topic, but it didnt have much info in it.

I have regular nLited english XP SP2 Corp version of windows.

I didnt remove english and us language files. I spared estonian language files too (estonian language interface pack, btw).

It seem that installer (LIPSETUP.MSI) does most of its job, but in the end it just starts "rolling back" whole operation.

First thing it says when rollin back is:

CA8R

Help :s

u need the help files for that....so if u remove it the installer is rolling back.
