valkyre Posted October 3, 2003 Posted October 3, 2003 For some reason my silent install of WMP9 has decided to pop up a warning dialog box, complaining that system restore is turned off. How do I supress this dialog?Thanks.

valkyre Posted October 4, 2003 Author Posted October 4, 2003 Yeah see that's the strange thing, during setup my registry tweaks don't execute until after both DirectX 9 and WMP9 are installed (or at least the install line is after those two), yet somehow system restore is disabled even before the registry tweaks are installed.

Type Command /? for help."Any other ideas?You have to extract files before and apply switch to setup_wm.exe, otherwise:MPSetupXP.EXE /Q:A /R:N /C:"setup_wm.exe /DisallowSystemRestore /Q:A /R:N"
