Hello All,

I need install SONY products ( Sound Forge, Acid Pro ), but .NET Framework 1 or 2 not install in Vista Ultimate.

How can I do it?????

if you install using the msi...not setup...then it wont ask for .net, the program will work fine....but you will get quite a few errors

a note on sony's products, they will work wth vista, BUT you will lose some functionality that was tied to the graphics subsystem in XP, thought most features will work

you have to copy a couple of files to the C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322 directory.

don't install the complete .net 1.x package, it sux, only x32 bit

you can install all the .Net Framework packages on Vista, at least 32 bit,

i have installed 1.1, Sp1, 2.0, no issues, use hte links cluberti provided and you will be able to install them fine

Yeah, good news. I installed .NET 1.1, then 1.1 SP1, then installed both Sony SoundForge 8.0d and CD Architect 5.2a. Both work without any errors.
