Think of it like having Office XP SP3 installed on a computer running XP SP2. GPMC SP1 works on 2003 R2...but only the 32-bit version.under the note:NoteThe GPMC does not run on 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows.As cluberti already said...install it on a 32-bit workstation and manage your GPOs from there.
