Will vlite have an option for build a CD/DVD that can be installed to an USB External Hard Disk? It would be great!

In Windows XP i had to make a new CD with some changes, is this possible in Vista also?

Thanks!

They have 4gig usb keys out already. If your asking can the usb replace the cd/dvd for booting / replacing the cd, then yes. I'm not real sure on your question. Are you asking if Vista can run from the usb hd vs. your pc hd?

Yes i'd like to boot (and use) Vista from my HD USB, i did it in XP (there are many tutorials) making a new CD and i'd like to do it with Vista also!

Thanks

what I'm looking into at the moment is a base DVD created by vLite then custom settings and applications on USB. It seems possible with the Autounattend.xml file. I'm just about to try to get applications to install now.
