Startup Page in Windows Explorer

I have my Windows XP settup for automatic updates, which is fine. However, when I start my computer instead of opening my designated homepage in Internet Explorer what opens is the Microsoft Windows Updates homepage. I know that at one time even though I had automatic updates my computer opened with my designated homepage. Is there any way of changing back?

Do people not look before posting anymore? I guess that's why Zxian's custom title says, "Scroll up, see the Google bar?"
