Wpi errors (win32app)

when i go through the installation process i get these errors

D:\oem\bin\7z.exe not a valid win32 application

the same as Devpath.exe & WatchDsp.exe

any help would be grateful

When is this @ T-13 or runonce or post-install?

Did you nLite your disk?

Burn Your Discs at lower speeds and/or remake the iso image. also this file is used for the driverpacks, Not WPI related?
