Pin Program to Start Menu UA

Featured Replies

Hi Everybody!

Does anyone know how to pin a program to the Start-Menu UA?

Thanks in advance!

This VB script code will do it for you.

Set objShell = CreateObject("Shell.Application")
Set objFolder = objShell.Namespace("C:\Windows\System32")
Set objFolderItem = objFolder.ParseName("calc.exe")

objFolderItem.InvokeVerb("P&in to Start Menu")

Unfortunately, the VB won't work for me as I've disabled VB support in XP.

That registry method worked great though. Thanks for the help guys!
