registry tweak or cmd to make my docs and word

Zup peeps.

I just wanted to know if anyone knows of a reg tweek or cmd that would map my documents to a share drive ie "Z:\username" and to have MS Word default to that "Z:\username" drive too. Maybe run something at startup like a batch file would prob be good too.
