rado354 Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 (edited) Y'z Dock 0.8.3MD5: 2640196B062F4FF3E6C97281C76F5927Information: websiteSize: 0.93 MBLINK REMOVED, I'm not sure it's allowed here.Y'z Dock is a program launcher like the dock in MacOS X. This application is currently in beta, so please send all reports to the author. In order to add icons, drag and drop a file (.exe, shortcut, etc.) straight from Explorer to the dock area. In order to delete an icon, drag and drop the icon out of dock. Place the PNG images for your icons in the icons folder. Right-click on the icons in the dock, choose 'Property' and choose your icons images there. Right-click anywhere on your dock background and choose 'Setting' to change the settings that apply to the dock itself. The clock and the trash bin are not yet implemented, but they will be shortly.nJoy Edited December 8, 2006 by rado354
Zoom7000 Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 Erm... Y'z dock is not in beta, it has been discontinued a long time ago because the author was given a "Cease and Desist" order by Apple. I think it may also be a violation of the MSFN TOS to distribute it in any format. So you might wanna remove your link.
rado354 Posted December 8, 2006 Author Posted December 8, 2006 With all these program launchers around I wonder why Y'z has to be banned but anyway... If a mod authorize it I will post the download link again.
Targaff Posted December 10, 2006 Posted December 10, 2006 With all these program launchers around I wonder why Y'z has to be banned but anyway...Because it's easier for a faceless corporation to threaten the guy with no likely recourse to legal defence than the ones who might actually have the wherewithal to stand up to them.

As far as I know, he's a 1 man gang. Brilliant program though, best dock available IMO.
