Jeremy
Uninstalling McAfee doesn't remove all files, lots of files and registey entries are left behind.I would do a search of your entire system for folders named "McAfee" and do a search of your registry with jv16 PowerTools (or another utility that can search the reg and give you all results) for "McAfee", then remove everything you find. Then reboot the PC and try installing Kaspersky again. Are you installing the latest version of it, or an older version?
