It says im infected with

Its finding a bunch of files that itss saying are infected, and it looks like many are legit files so im kinda nervous and dont know what to do..

Sounds like it's likely the W32.Pinfi virus. That virus is known to create files in the Temp directory

and corrupt a major amount of files!
