is der a way to configure my computer policy to accept only my login name in a domain environment? say username.mydomain.ph? any help is greatly appreciated thank you

Usually this is set in the group policy of the domain, not in the group policy of the computer (meaning on the server, not the client).

hello thanks for your reply. i have done this but is there a way to do this on my computer? i mean client, of course w/ priviledges.

through the group policy editor on the local machine (gpedit.msc) either set "deny logon locally" or "log on locally" as desired.

WARNING: incorrectly setting these settings could prevent any local logon at all. Not responsible for you screwing up your system.
