Birds Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 (edited) On a new HDD, the nLited XP installer is used to make/format the C:There's no option to control the cluster size there.Anyone have any tips how I can control the formatted cluster size?It defaults NTFS to 4K, I want to make it 8K. Since Windows is going into the first partition, you can't really tell it to format itself afterwards! At the moment, the only method I can think of is plugging into the an existing machine and preparing the disk
