cond, gcond and forc

Hello Everyone.

When I have some Programs with "forc[pn]=['true'];" but a cond or a gcond returns false, will the Program then be installed?

Which is "stronger" ?

This has been brought up a few times recently. I will have to do some research into this.

After a quick test, Force was overridden by Cond. But Force overrode GCond.

Force over GCond.
