If you're running Windows XP, go here and explain what your problem is, including any antivirus / antimalware applications you are using.

I'm new to this forum and since it said this was the spot to introduce myself I did not want to burden any one with details. I'm using IE7 as you all already know and when I first bring up the browser I have bright blue MSN screen with no text at all and the address bar says something to the effect of "runonce". That's one problem. I cannot get into a lot of sites Microsoft is one of them and pages do not load properly; the entire text is all on one side of the screen and buttons do not work when I click them; as in to send a resume for one example; anther example is "Clickable Smilies" in this forum I click and nothing happens.

I have uninstalled IE7 and re-installed but it does not help.

What else would you like to know that might help?

Thanks,

Dyann
