Chrysalis Posted October 23, 2006 Share Posted October 23, 2006 After I initially load IE then opening a 2nd window is normally instant since the executable is cached, however if google toolbar is installed their is a delay and hd activity during the delay.If I then goto manage addons and disable the "google toolbar helper" IE then loads instantly again and google toolbar seems to remain fully functional.Does any anyone know what "google toolbar helper" actually does? thanks.
