help with startup

can someone plz help me the C:\Documents and Settings\hash\Local Settings\Temp window comes up whenever i start my computer

Check your startup folder (Start --> All Programs --> Startup)

or use your msconfig utility to stop it from starting.

Start --> Run --> type msconfig --> startup tab --> untick anything you dont want to start when you boot your PC

Hey i get the Same prob too except i get C:/Windows instead but i tired MSconfig and it anit there
