Stead Posted October 16, 2006 Share Posted October 16, 2006 Just wondering is there any way to disable driver signing perminantly, pressing f8 everytime so i can get on the internet is a real pain! i've read on some sites there are patches, but i can't find anything.also, I have to say this beta is the most stable windows i've ever used, it hasn't crashed once since i've been using it! everything seems to work fine, (Except for cd writing software), I can't use xp anymore, I get frustrated at how slow the interface seems, not sure if its my imagination but isn't the vista gui much smoother and faster? Stead Posted October 16, 2006 Author Share Posted October 16, 2006 when using beta one i used bcedit, but since then its just ignored when you set it using that, have to press f8, thought i'd try using one of those programs but it was the same as using bcedit at the cmd prompt, actually bootvistapro told me i wasn't running vista, then i changed the setting and then i couldn't even press f8! hours of fun!thanks anyways Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
