Change Desktop background automatically

Dear All:

I'd like to ask if there is any tool that can be used to change the desktop background automatically.

I know about webshots but I'd like to know if Microsoft did created any tool for such a job.

Beside webshots really make things sometimes slow.

I were believing that download.microsoft.com was a server owned by Microsoft, and that "Windows Genuine Advantage" was a program restricting usage of some files from this server to users running genuine Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.

I have been wrong since April 22nd, 2003, about 2 years and half !

note : important memory requirement for such a tool, slowdowns on old machines when converting a wallpaper to .bmp

and it may lack some options founds on other wallpaper changing toys (ex: special wall for specific dates)
