Error then try to DL updates

I use latest build of WUL. Use latest RUS UL. Then i check updates to DL and click Download and there come error

"Distant server return error 407: Need to check legal of reference " (i translate it from russian).

Can u help?

I just tested the russian UL with the latest version of WUD and downloaded all the updates listed. I ran into no problem. Perhaps the issue with your internet connection or DNS servers.
