October 10, 200619 yr I downloaded the tech refresh and installed it in my pc... Then I reformatted my pc, after that I can't install TR anymore, my pc is completely updated from windows update. I think the installation ends prematurely. It will just appear in the processes in task manager then vanishes away without leaving any traces... I disabled Trend Micro PC-cillin 2007 before installation...Can anyone help me out here please. Thanks...
October 10, 200619 yr Are you running XP, or vista? Also try installing with the /L command line option, specifying a log file as necessary to get the MSI logging.
