ripken204 Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 im running rc2 right now with the nvidia rc1 driver, now should i continue to use the nvidia driver or should i use the MS driver that came with RC2? i just had a crash during a game, thats why im asking.
bonzai10 Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 To be honest, don't use Vista for gaming. Both Drivers are not stable enough to provide full compatibility with games. I use RC2 Vista Drivers, i don't know why on NVIDIA Drivers (x64) i can't use areo. I mainly use Vista to test Office efficiency, not gaming performance, i do encourage people to test it under gaming performance angle - in future drivers'd be more stable and compatible with devices.
