but how do you set the same wallpaper for all users on the XP machine after you installed it?

i have an unattended WinXP Pro installation that adds 2 new users after the install, i want ALL the users on the machine to use the same .JPG background....how do i do that with a register script?

(i'm looking for that answer for 2 days now...and hope to find it here)
