i think i removed (in this latest install) :

QoS RSVP

Quality of Service (QoS)

Cluster

(which weren't removed from previous -working - version)

ok guys, some fresh news

I re-did the same iso again, but this time, without removing "cluster" service and "RIS" (in -operating system options-), and now it works.

I cant guarantee its the cause, so i'll remove those and make another iso to test)

what i can guarantee is that mouse cursors are not removed :-)

confirmed, its the "cluster" service

I used the same working iso, just removing the "cluster" service, and got this error message back.

emodel, thank you for the info, gonna review it but at the end it may be normal to receive event log errors if something is missing, question is is it possible to disable that particular logging.

Also no need to double post every conclusion, I do read all relevant posts, it is appreciated.

You were right, it was in Cluster service, nlite parsed the obsolete NT4 entry with security.dll

Temporary solution is to put:

security.dll

into Components page - Advanced - Keep files list.
