RJARRRPCGP Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 In Opera, I sometimes get "Click to activate this control" for Flash applets! I thought that this is supposed to apply to Internet Explorer only! This is because Microsoft lost a patent lawsuit. The patent lawsuit reguards automatically running applets.
LLXX Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 There is probably a patch you can do to restore the original run-on-load functionality.I prefer click-to-run, it's actually more secure and you don't have to look at all the Flash ad crap (which should've been blocked by HOSTS anyway...)
