I wish I could know too, could you be more specific please...when it started to happen, what did you do, etc..

It could be 'cause a faulty driver, processor overheating etc..

i guess its more coz of RAM, check if ur motherboard support the RAM u have.

and most of the times restart of the machine will help resolvng the issue

Since you don't describe the error message it's hard to help you.

Check if any card (grafik,sound,netvork) has "jumped" out of it's PCI/AGPPCI-E/ISA slot.

Test with another pair of ram.

btw make sure that the ram and Motherbord are compatible.
