This will fix the problems with other languages not being implemented, Fontinstaller and Rechanger not being found. Simply unrar it and overwrite the existing WPI.hta file in your WPI folder.

I sent Kels an entire new arcive to post. Download the new one as there are also fixes in installer.hta, as well. Sorry. It was all my fault.
