Kinda yeah.

Its alot smaller, and its not made by Microsoft :)

Plus there are literally tens of thousands of skins out there for Winamp.

I may have been a little too general with my explanation of Winamp in my previous post. Winamp is actually alot more than just an MP3 player. It can play a range of video file types and audio file types, you are able to download many plugins for different visual effects, and alot more.

I guess i can see how you can compare it to WMP9, but Winamp is a sh*t load better than WMP9. Its very compact, and doesnt use as much system resources.
