Petr
anychance someone might have a link to MS Word2003 and Excel 2003 viewers ... for w98se?the download link at MS for the same requires 2k or up ... http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=enThese Word 2003 and Excel 2003 viewers use some system functions that are not implemented in Windows 98 and therefore cannot be used here. You can use old Word 97 and Excel 97 viewer but the quality is not very high. The official download page was removed by Microsoft but the files themselves are still there:http://download.microsoft.com/download/wor...S/wd97vwr32.exehttp://download.microsoft.com/download/exc...US/xlViewer.exePetr

I use it myself and I never want to go back to Ms Office for many reasons. But if you just want to read, not edit, than those readers are much smaller and much, much faster loading.
