Search on the forum for toothpaste to fix scratched cd's might be able to save your original copy to be able to make a backup from that one via that trick ..

The CD is not working, I need a copy of the CD to create the backup of the CD. If sombody can help my please give my a message

Contact your local Microsoft representative. I'm sure they'll be able to provide a new CD.
