kabucek Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 We are having a problem with emails. Other people from different companies can’t send to us emails, because they’re bounced back with a message that they don’t have permissions for sending to us emails. What can cause that problem and how to solve that???
chilifrei64 Posted August 28, 2006 Posted August 28, 2006 This could be a number of things.. what type of email server is this. is it hosted by you or by a web providerdo you have an mx record for your domain nameis your mx record pointing to the correct ip address.
bonestonne Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 it can also be permissions set by administrator accounts. the administrator account can limit what all others can do. email may be something that isnt allowed, in that case, you need to contact the network administrator.
