Mobo Upgrade

I have old 4x AGP Epox 8k5a2 mobo.

I was thinking of upgrading mobo with this one:

Is it worth it ?

(oh yes i want cheap motherboard not 939 or something like that just plain old socket a mobo with AGP !)

well are you going to upgrade your cpu? if not then what do you plan on getting out of a new mobo? i would higly suggest just saving up money for a new system instead of buying an already outdated mobo..
