jroc Posted August 20, 2003 Share Posted August 20, 2003 Don't format nothing...that the same as the MS Blaster Worm...you'll have to patch your computer and then run the symantec Blaster Remover...go here..and look at the "What To Do Now"..it will give you the links for the MS Patch and the Remover...if you find that your getting a shutdown screen and need to stop it..go to Run and type in shutdown.exe -a if you've done all that...then what you also have is a restore point that is infected...two things you can do...deleted it...or restore that restore..and repeat the process of removing the MS Blaster.http://enterprisesecurity.symantec.com/art...?articleid=2403 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
