URL Bug

If I type a url in a list with some text, then edit the message, I get this:

Example URL:

http://www.domain.com/path/file.ext

• With some text, <a href="http://www.domain.com/path/file.ext" target="_blank">http://www.domain.com/path/file.ext</a>
