How to Integrate?

Ok. I have the .CAB files with an SVCPACK folder with the .exe in there and a .ini folder with the .exe info. Where would i put these at? I have about 7 ones for different apps.Where would i put them so that they'll install during/after WinXP is installed?

Yep. It is for hotfixes and updatepacks but that doesn't mean that it can't integrate program cab files.

NO! there not, you should update XP with Sp2 and if you dont want to go thru the trouble of downloading all the hotfixes use RyanVMs UpdatePacks http://www.ryanvm.net/msfn/

The reason I don't like them is because they slow down and add crap I don't need. I'm a Gamer/Programmer (C#/C++/VB/Java) and updates seem to slow down my online experience.

No, updates don't. It's just lack of peace of mind. Updates save u hassle by patching exploits etc. If it's too bloaty for u, use a lighter updatepack like Xable's.
